That’s me

The Marheineke. The one from Aachen. Always in perfect timing.

Born in Kiel, landed and took off in Aachen, in a region with a long history of innovation, science and entrepreneurship. That leaves its mark.

I graduated from the RWTH Aachen and later worked for many years in internationally active companies in the region. This experience taught me the importance of thinking globally while also making targeted use of regional strengths.

With aquiSales I combine exactly these two worlds: ‘Aquis’ as a reference to the historical significance of Aachen* and ‘Sales’ for my passions – international B2B sales management and the topics of transformation and turnaround in sales. As an interim executive, I support companies worldwide in optimising their sales strategies, developing new markets and ensuring sustainable growth.

Whether in Europe, Asia or North America – I bring the success factor of Aachen with me to help companies make decisive progress in international sales.

Music is my constant companion in life

I started playing the violin at the age of nine. For many years, I played in various youth orchestras, sometimes as a soloist with orchestral accompaniment. During a somewhat wilder time, I switched to the guitar. But it wasn’t until I was over 40 that I started playing the electric bass. Today, I play in a band in my free time. We rehearse regularly and sometimes go on stage.

For me, music is a valuable counterbalance to my work, which at the same time reveals many parallels.
