for AST International GmbH, a medium-sized company in the field of sensors (automotive supplier), in the role of Business Development Manager.
AST International is a technology leader, innovator and development partner for sensors and controllers. AST products work with the highest precision and are used in function- and safety-relevant systems in a range of industries – for example in automobiles and household appliances.
Assignment:
- Opening up new market segments and new strategic customers
- Support in the alignment of sales
Measures:
- Analysing potential and identifying new markets and target customers
- Revising presentation material for technology and product demonstrations
- Developing structures for efficient customer contact
- Introducing a professional digital sales tool/CRM for transparent documentation and follow-up
- Creating a tool for management reporting
- Direct customer contact and generation of qualified, strategic leads
- Mentoring of sales staff
